A LOVING COMPANY

Founded on compassion. Built on excellence. Driven by the belief that everyone deserves exceptional care.

HOW PERSONAL EXPERIENCE SHAPED A HEALTHCARE REVOLUTION

In 2006, Anthony Siciliano faced a situation that would change the trajectory of his life, and the lives of thousands of families in the years to come.

When Anthony’s father became ill, something remarkable happened. His extended family rallied together, providing around-the-clock care, support, and companionship. They were present for every need, not just the medical ones, but the emotional, practical, and spiritual needs that matter so deeply during times of illness.

Anthony witnessed something profound: the transformative power of loving, compassionate care on his father’s well-being. His father wasn’t just being kept alive, he was being cared for with dignity, respect, and genuine affection. And it made all the difference.

But Anthony also recognized a difficult truth: not every family can be available at this level. Work obligations, geographic distance, physical limitations, or simply not having an extended family network meant that many people facing illness didn’t have access to this kind of comprehensive, compassionate support.

The question that drove Anthony was simple but powerful: What if everyone could have access to this level of care?

FROM PERSONAL MISSION TO PROFESSIONAL EXCELLENCE

About Us - Heart of ALC

In 2006, Anthony founded ALC, which stands for “A Loving Company”, with a clear mission: to ensure that skilled, compassionate home healthcare was possible for everyone, regardless of their family situation.

The name wasn’t just a clever acronym. It was a promise. A commitment that every patient would be treated with the same love, dignity, and attention that Anthony’s father received from his family.

ALC started with home health care, but the vision was always bigger.

Anthony understood that illness and aging don’t follow neat categories. A patient might need skilled nursing care today, wound care next month, and hospice care a year from now. Families were forced to navigate multiple agencies, repeat their stories to different providers, and hope that everyone was communicating effectively.

It didn’t have to be that way. ALC’s continuum of care offers patients and families a better way.

ONE ORGANIZATION. COMPLETE COVERAGE. SEAMLESS SUPPORT.

Over nearly two decades, ALC has grown from a single home health agency into ALC Health Care Services, a comprehensive network offering the full spectrum of in-home care:
