Eliminates Transportation Barriers
For patients with mobility challenges, pain with movement, or lack of transportation, getting to wound care clinics can be nearly impossible. We eliminate that barrier entirely.
Reduces Infection Risk
Home-based care means no exposure to healthcare facility germs and reduced risk of healthcare-acquired infections—especially important for vulnerable patients with open wounds.
Enables Consistent Treatment
When care comes to you, you’re more likely to receive consistent, regular treatment, the key to successful wound healing.
Allows Environmental Assessment
Seeing patients in their home environment allows us to identify and address factors affecting healing that we’d never see in a clinic, mattress quality, bathroom accessibility, nutrition, and more.
Provides Convenience and Comfort
Receiving care in familiar surroundings is less stressful and more comfortable, factors that actually support healing.
Includes Family/Caregivers
Home visits make it easy for family members and caregivers to be present, ask questions, and learn how to provide care between visits.
